Difference between JAVA and C:-

The difference between JAVA and C are given below:-


1.JAVA was developed in 1999.

2.JAVA was developed by James Gosling.

3.Java is object-oriented.

4.Java is both compiled and interpreted language.

5.Java is a high-level language.

6.Java doesn’t support pre-processor.

7. There is no concept of pointer in java.

8.Java support method overloading.

9.Java is platform independent.

10. Union and data-structure are not supported in java.

11.Java support multi-threading. & extern storage class are not supported.

13.Java support 50 packages.

14. For generic we should use Object.

15.JAVA only support call by value

16.JAVA doesn’t support storage class.

17.JAVA support bottom to top approach.

11.C doesn’t support multi-threading. & extern storage class are supported.

13. It has 32 keywords.

14. For generic we should use void.

15.C support both call by value and call by reference.

16.C support storage class.

17.C uses top to down approach.
