What You Will Do
Job Role and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory and contribute to achieving the company sales target. Competitor market analysis , nurturing existing client relationships and building new client base with be a key aspect of the role .
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to develop strategy and concise engagement plans to build trusted and strategic relationships with key stakeholders and optimize funding & access of Essity India Medical products.
- Assist in the customer’s relationships within selected customers by running defined projects and support the day-to-day operations
- Identify the drivers and barriers to usage of Essity India Medical products; plan and implement actions to drive approval for use of Essity India Medical products within accounts and inclusion on local protocols/guidelines.
- Meet personal sales targets across the full line of products and/or services within assigned customers supported by a senior account manager
- Develop and deliver win-win value propositions and supporting tools to key stakeholder within each customer account.
- Track the execution and impact of activities and performance of key accounts.
- In coordination with Marketing& Market Activation teams, engage physicians within accounts to convey the value of Essity India Medical portfolio.
Who You Are
- Master’s in Business Administration/Post Graduates – Specialization in Marketing/Finance/Operations/Healthcare Management/Pharma Management/Biotech Management.
- Excellent Communication and social skills
- Learning agility & Good Analytical Skills
- Good Influencing Skills
- Fluency in computer application (MS Word, Excel, PPT) is essential
